This statement regarding Copyright on our web site, states -under no circumstances people accessing the C-WW website, are not allowed to reproduce your images in anyway. We are clarifying on behalf of all artists appearing on the C-WW web site to protect the artist and their art.

The artist holds all rights to their images, and only under certain circumstances, (should an artist agree to participate in Archive art activities and/or wishes to be also be represented by ICO within the Japanese market), will we then request permission directly from the Artist to use an image/s. In which case, the artist must give the consent to us personally stating whether or not we are allowed to reproduce art. We will not copy or make prints unless given the permission directly from the artist.

Image resolution we use on the Internet is 72 dpi. The 72 dpi images will be appropriate for the web purpose, although it will be a resolution unsuitable for print production.
