This service is exclusive to C-WW members. Once we announce the C-WW development to the world, there's a good chance you may receive an inquiry from art lovers or potential clients. In the case of a business inquiry from Japan, we have prepared an art coordination service system for you, so that you are able to communicate and proceed with business within the Japanese marketplace.

ICO will give support to both parties. Should you request to use this system for the Japanese Market, the service is available and optional to you.

Through our 40 years (since 1962) of art coordination experience, many Japanese clients can't deal with foreign artists due to the communication problem, -the language barrier.

The service breaks the language barrier between Japanese and English native speakers, and is accompanied with a small fee of 20% from the artist and 15% plus expenses from the client, in total 35% commission of the total budget for the international job. The client's expenses will cover ongoing correspondence and communication between artist and client, as well as art coordination and direction for the duration of the assignment. You are able to select whether you wish to be represented by ICO HQ for job inquiries in Japan -it is up to you.

If by chance we receive an inquiry for you, first of all we will ask you your budget, then ICO add our commission on top of your budget. From here we present this fee to the client, if it is comfortable for you, and the client, we then can proceed with the project. What do you think about this system? Please let us know your ideas.

This period is usually for 5 years, and can be extended on your request. Also if you wish to discontinue your association and request to be remove from our site, this is not a problem. Remember -our purpose for the C-WW is to only promote your existence and keep an ongoing record of artists worldwide. There is not reason to be removed from this record as such.
