Born in 1966 in Whyalla, South Australia, Bill has been working as a professional Illustrator in Melbourne Australia since 1988.

His work has appeared in all major publications in Australia and recently books in America. Bill has illustrated the cover of TIME Australia, as well as other work featured on the cover of Novum Gebrauchsgraphik. He has designed 4 sets of stamps for Australia Post and was employed for several years as a sessional drawing teacher at the Swinburne National school of design.
