In 1961 Mark David Heine was born to a family of renowned fine artists.

On scholarship he attended both the fine art and commercial art programs at Capilano art College. Graduating at the top of his class. Schooled in traditional design and illustration, Mark works in a combination of hand painted art with digital enhancement and is fluid in both digital and traditional mediums.

He is comfortable in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Go-live, Pagemill, Quark Express and Fractal Painter.
